In addition to traditional property management activities, we have extensive experience in managing and leasing assets undergoing long-term renovations. The CREI Management team is based in Birmingham, AL and is comprised of individuals with diverse professional backgrounds in leasing, property management, accounting, marketing and graphic design.

Capstone primarily focuses on creating value through the strategic acquisition, renovation, and repositioning of student housing assets. CollegeTown Construction, Inc. is a licensed general contractor and construction company serving various ownership entities within the Capstone umbrella. Formed in 2007, it has completed a variety of student housing and conventional multifamily projects. Currently, CollegeTown Construction serves as general contractor on large redevelopment, value add projects associated with Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC and related entities. These projects typically require a variety of construction skillsets ranging from cosmetic unit upgrades to structural modifications.
